摘要
大型仪器设备是高校进行教学实验、科研的基础和保障。针对当前高校大型仪器设备的特点和使用管理上存在的主要问题进行了分析,从实验室专业技术人员素质、实验室管理制度、大型仪器设备资源共享平台建立、专项基金设立及对外开放等几个方面探讨了如何加强大型仪器设备科学管理,提高大型仪器设备管理水平,探索适合自身发展的管理模式和运行机制。
Large instruments and equipments are basis and guarantee for teaching experiment and research in universities. In view of the problems currently existing in the use and management of large instrument and equipments in universities, this paper analyzed the characteristics of large instruments and equipments and the main problems in management, and discussed the strengthening of scientific management of the instruments and equipments in laboratories to provide the best service for teachers and students.
