摘要
针对老式马弗炉温度控制精度差和无程序控温的缺点,对马弗炉温度控制系统进行改造,选择了程序控制仪表代替原位式控制器,用调压模块作为执行器,并更换热电偶以减少滞后时间,整定后所得的温度曲线证实,改造后的温度控制系统具有控温准确和多段程序控温功能。
Temperature control system of the old style Muffle furnace was reformed to overcome its shortcomings about inaccuracy and lack of programing control. Process controller was chosen to substitute the on-and-off controller, and voltage regulator was used as the executor, and the thermocouple was also changed to cut the lag time. The time- temperature curves obtained after self-setting confirmed that the reformed system can control the temperature accurately with multi-program temperature control.
