摘要
探究杨木经木聚糖酶处理前后,其表面接触角、自由能和细胞壁弹性模量的变化规律。研究表明,酶处理杨木的表面润湿性能、自由能和细胞壁弹性模量均显著提高,但是随着处理时间的持续增加及酶用量的增多,改善效果趋于平缓。综合考虑,以处理时间6h,酶用量1mL/g为宜。
A study of xylanase enzyme treatment on poplar specimens was conducted to improve specimens ' surface wetability and modulus of elasticity.The results showed that enzyme concentration and treatment duration had noticeable effect on the surface energy of poplar samples.Generally,high enzyme concentration and long treatment increased the surface contact angle and free energy,but modulus of elasticity increased at the initial stage,and then decreased.It was found,in this study,that the optimized treatment time was 6 hours with an enzyme concentration of 1 mL/g.
