摘要
旅游开发必须有主题才能吸引游客,形成市场。食用菌资源拥有一定的产业规模和完整的产业链条,是一种独特的主题农业旅游资源,具有广阔的旅游开发价值空间。通过分析古田县食用菌资源的历史文化价值、生态环境价值、品牌规模价值、综合效益价值,利用系统动力学因果关系分析确定古田县食用菌旅游资源开发的思路和战略选择。提出古田县主题农业旅游资源开发的四种模式,包括推进主题农业观光园建设、开发食用菌旅游商品系列、引导开发食用菌主题餐饮、大力发展食用菌主题会展旅游。主题农业旅游资源的开发,将丰富古田县农业旅游的内涵和开发方式,进一步促进古田县旅游产业的发展。
Tourism development must have a theme to attract tourists, and form the tourism market. Edible fungi resources has a certain scale and a complete industrial chain,a unique subject agriculture tourism resource,a wide value space of tourism development. Through the analysis of edible fungi resources have historical and cultural value, ecological environmental value, brand scale value, comprehensive benefits value in Gutian county, and using causality analysis of system dynamics, obtained Tourism Development ideas and strategic choice of edible fungi in Gutian County. Proposed four development models for Gutian agricultural tourism development, including advancing theme agriculture sightseeing park construction, developing edible fungus tourism commodity series, leading to the development of theme restaurants and guiding the development of edible food, developing edible mushroom theme exhibition tourism. The development of agricultural tourism will enrich the connotation for Gutian County and the development of agricultural tourism,further promoting the development of the tourism industry of Gutian County.
