摘要
目的为了解本地区实施"消峰工程"(消除山西省神经管畸形高峰)措施前后神经管畸形发病情况,探讨病因,指导预防。方法比较采取积极预防措施前后我院神经管畸形发病情况。结果 2001年1月至2008年12月我院共出生围生儿7459例,其中神经管畸形76例,共引产142例,因神经管畸形引产10例。实施消峰工程后2009年1月至2010年12月共出生围生儿2452例,其中神经管畸形1例,共引产27例,因神经管畸形引产4例。结论孕妇口服斯利安加妊娠中期B超筛查,有效降低了神经管畸形的发生率及出生率。
Objective:Know about the situation of neural tube incidence before and after'the Elimination project'(Eliminate the neural tube defects peak) was carried out.Methods:Compare the condition before and after taking positive measures about the neural tube deformity.Results:From January 2001 to December 2008,there were 76 cases of neural tube defects among the 7459 perinatal children.And there were 10 case died from the Deformity among the 142 labor Induction children.After'the project' was carried out,that is,from Jan,2009 to Dec,2010,there were only 1 case of Neural Tube Defects among the 2452 perinatal children.And there were 4 cases died from the deformity among the 27 labor induction children.Conclusion: Take some leslie anga during pregnant,by B ultrasound screening.We can see the incidence and the birth rate of neural tube deformity have been brought down.
