摘要
乡村治理结构随国家政治与经济需要而相应调整与转型。本文就我国近代百余年各主要历史时期的乡村治理结构中的乡政、村治和宗族作用三要素的转型逻辑进行探讨。从正视传统的小农经济特点切入,经过初级到高级合作化进而人民公社化、家庭联产承包责任制,直到城乡联合推进乡村治理结构的提升,进行了内涵与外延要素的相关分析,提出了加强当代乡村治理结构效能的四个观点。
Rural governance structure develops and transforms with the state＇s political and economic demands. The paper discusses the logic of transformation among town politics, village governance and patriarchal clan functions in the last hundred years. Starting from analyzing the traditional small farmer agriculture, it makes a relative analysis on intrinsic and extensive elements of governance structure changes and proposes 4 viewpoints on strengthening efficiency of the rural governance in modern times.
