无创正压机械通气治疗AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭35例临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察BIPAP无创机械通气治疗AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选择AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者35例,均在有效的抗感染、解痉平喘等常规治疗的基础上予以BIPAP无创呼吸机辅助通气。观察在通气前、通气后3小时、24小时及72小时后患者呼吸、动脉血气分析。结果:35例中好转30例,5例失败,有效率85.7%,治疗3小时后PaCO2、PaO2等血气指标均明显改善,72小时后进一步改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BIPAP无创正压机械通气是治疗AECOPD并发呼吸衰竭的一种切实有效的治疗措施。
