摘要
研究了在培养料中添加不同含量的尿素对袋栽金针菇菌丝生长速度、产量和生物转化率的影响。结果表明,添加尿素的含量为0.2%时,菌丝生长最快,达到0.31 cm.d-1;产量和生物转化率最高,分别为210 g.袋-1和70.0%。
Urea with different concentrations was added into cuhure substrates and its effect on mycelial growth, yield and biological efficiency in Flammulina velutipes cultivation was studied. The results showed that addition of 0.2%(w·w^-1) urea to culture substrate markly enhanced mycelial growth, yield and biological efficiency (0.31 cm·d^-1, 210 g·bag^-1 and 70.0% respectively).
