摘要
对某医院眼科排队模型的历史数据进行统计分析,得出该模型为M/G/m系统.针对该系统制定评价指标,对原模型进行评价.利用分布参数,按照排队规则设计系统模拟程序,对各种入院及手术时间方案进行讨论和比对,确定最佳安排方案.根据系统内各类病人等待时间的概率分布,得到病人大概入院时间的置信区间.最后给出了所有病人在系统内平均逗留时间最短的病床分配模型.
From the statistical analysis on the history datum of queuing models in ophthalmology department of a hospital,it is derived that the model is included in M/G/m system.Establish appraisal targets for evaluating the model.Design the stimulation programs for the system according to distribution parameters and queuing principles,then set up the best arrangement plan by discussing and analyzing all the plans for admission and operation time.According to the probability distribution of waiting time of all the patients,the confidence level for the possible admission time of the patients is given.At the end of the article,the distribution model chart is given to ensure the shortest mean sojourn time of all the patients in the system.
