摘要
采用层次分析的方法,通过建立模糊评价模型,对电力系统的输变电工程进行了综合评价。根据评价结果,对进一步提高项目运营水平提出了改进建议。对提高电力系统中输变电工程设计、建设、运行、管理等方面的规范化,正确评价工程投资效果,具有重要的实用价值。
Using hierarchical analysis,through the establishment of fuzzy evaluation model,the power transmission project on the power system was evaluated.According to the results,suggestions for improvement were put forward to enhancing the level of operation,which is of vital practical value to power transmission engineering design,construction,operation,standardization management and correct evaluation of project investment results.
