摘要
汽轮机真空的高低对其运行经济性有着直接的关系,当凝汽器内漏入空气后会降低真空,漏空气是影响直接空冷机组真空的主要因素之一,而真空严密性试验是确定凝汽器真空是否泄漏的重要方法,通过凝汽器的真空严密性试验结果,可以鉴定凝汽器的工作好坏,以便采取对策消除泄漏点。给出了空冷凝汽器真空严密性的数学模型,通过理论分析及试验数据,获得了严密性试验时背压随试验时间的变化关系,以及空气泄漏量的计量方法等,为分析空冷机组真空严密性变化规律提供依据。
The degree of vacuum in steam turbines has direct influence on its economical efficiency.The leaking air will decrease the vacuum degree of condenser and it is one of the major factors that will affect the vacuum of direct air-cooling unit.As an important method for inspecting leakage,vacuum tightness test can be used to identify the state of condenser and so that some corresponding measures will be taken on leakage points.This paper presents the mathematical model of vacuum tightness for air-cooled condenser.By theory analysis and testing data,the relationship of test back-pressure with time-change is obtained and the method for measuring the quantity of air leakage is acquired too,which can provide the basis for analyzing the changing regulation of vacuum tightness of air-cooling unit.
