瞬时弹性本构关系在尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料中的应用

摘要 尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料是一种非线性粘弹性材料,采用非线性粘弹性本构理论中的弹性回复对应原理,获得了一个适用于该复合材料的瞬时弹性本构关系.较好地预测了复合材料不同应变率下的非线性粘弹性应力应变曲线,结果表明应力应变曲线应变率依赖性是遗传时间效应的结果,进而证明尼龙6/蒙托土纳米复合材料的粘弹性本构关系中可以不包括应变率作为独立变量. Nylon 6/montmorillonite nanocomposites is a nonlinear viscoelastic material.The instantaneous elastic constitutive relationship is obtained by using the elastic recovery correspondence principle in nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive theory.The nonlinear viscoelastic stress-strain curves under different strain rates are predicted.It is shown that the dependence of the strain rate of the stress-strain curves under different strain rates is the direct result of the hereditary time effect,so that it is unnecessary to include the strain rate in the constitutive relations as an independent variable.
