摘要
住宅空间安全性是目前住宅建设的重点与难点,本文通过对中日两国城市住宅建筑的调研,对比我国的住宅小区居住模式与日本集合住宅居住模式,分析中日两国居住空间中的安全性异同,试图为我国未来的安全住区建设寻求一种合理的解决方式。
Residence spatial safety is the key yet difficult point in residence construction. Through an on-the-spot investigation on Chinese and Japanese unban residences, the article makes a comparison between the dwelling mode of Chinese residential areas and that of Japanese ones. With an analysis of the similarities and differences between Chinese and Japanese residential space, the article tries to work out a rational solution on China＇s safe residence construction in the future.
