摘要
目的分析麻醉药品的的临床应用及其药物疗效。方法选取我院麻醉药品处方共4502张,笔者统计其用药名称、药品品种、用药天数,及总用药量等情况,采用药物利用指数(DUI)作为判断指标,仔细研究药品的使用情况,判断合理用药水平。结果芬太尼注射液,舒芬太尼注射剂的DUI<1:盐酸哌替啶注射液,盐酸吗啡注射液,吗啡控,缓释片的DUI>1。结论合理使用麻醉药,既可解决消除患者持续疼痛,又减小成瘾危险性,在临床上合理使用麻醉药品是极为重要的。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of narcotic drugs and drug efficacy.Methods Narcotic drugs in our hospital 4502 prescriptions were,the author statistics the use of drugs,medication,stay,and total dosage etc,by drug utilization index（DUI） as evaluating index,a careful study of drug use,determine the level of rational use of drugs.Results Fentanyl injection,sufentanil injection DUI1： pethidine hydrochloride injection,morphine hydrochloride morphine controlled release tablets,,DUI1.Conclusion The rational use of drugs,can solve in patients with persistent pain,and reduce the risk of addiction,in on clinical rational use of narcotics drugs is extremely important.
