摘要
目的建立化妆品中双酚A的超高效液相色谱测定法。方法样品经甲醇提取后,用超高效液相色谱带PDA检测器进行检测,色谱柱为Waters ACQUITYBEH苯基柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)。定量检测波长为275 nm。结果双酚A线性范围为2~100μg/ml,回归方程为y=2 390x-846,r=0.999 6,检出限为5μg/g。低浓度加标平均回收率为97.6%~101.4%,高浓度加标平均回收率为92.4%~100.1%;相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5%。结论该方法操作简单、快速,适用于化妆品中双酚A的日常检测。
Objective To establish an uhra-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of bisphenol A in cosmetics. Methods The samples were extracted by methanol and determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with PDA detector. The separation of bisphenol A was carried out by an ACQUITY BEH Phenyl column (50 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) column and quantification was based on detection wavelength at 275 mn. Results The linear ranges of the calibration curves for bisphenol A was 2-100 mg/L. The correlation coefficients of the standard curves was 0.999 6; The limits of detection (LODs) for bisphenol A was 5 μg/g; The average recovery at the concentrations studied was in the range of 92.4% to 101.4%. Relative standard deviations were all less than 5%. Conclusion The method is simple, fast and applicable to the routine analysis of the bisphenol A in cosmetics.
