摘要
研究气、液、固三相体系中烯烃氢甲酰化反应固载催化剂的制备方法及影响因素。重点论述固载铑催化剂的制备,包括对不同催化剂载体的优选及不同催化剂制备条件的研究。用不同方法进行催化剂制备并考察其催化反应的性能,最终确定了合适的固载铑催化剂的制备方法。
This article researches the producing method and impacting factors of solid-based catalyst for the hydrogen formylation reaction of alkene in gas, liquid and solid three-phase system. Especially the preparation of the solid-based ruthenium catalyst is illustrated, including the study of the selection of different solid carriers and different catalyst preparation conditions. Through the research of preparing catalysts in different ways and reviewing their performances, the adaptable preparation method of the solid-carried ruthenium catalyst is finally determined.
