摘要
现代社会中,学校不只是知识传播的场所,也是学生进行社会化的场所,因此,考试不仅仅是知识测量的工具,还是衡量学生成长状况的尺标。考试在促进学生接受社会评价、培养竞争意识与成就动机、形成健康心理素质等方面起着潜移默化的作用；同时,为了更好地适应现代社会,考试还应当向着全面考查学生成长与激励学生个性发展等方面进行改革,使考试机制与素质教育完美结合。
In modem society,school is not only the place to broadcast knowledge, but also the institute to help students to get socialized.Therefore,addition to knowledge measuring,examination should lead to students' grow up healthy.Examination exerts a subtle influence on students' social evaluation, competitive consciousness,achievement motives and mental health.In order to adapt the modem society,we must check the students comprehensively and indi- vidually in the examination reform.Only in this way,we can combine the exami- nation and quality education in good order.
