人民的范畴是一切促进社会进步的阶级、阶层、社会集团的总和。历史证明中国共产党是我国最广大人民根本利益的忠实代表。要实现、维护和发展好人民群众的根本利益,中国共产党就必须做到立党为公,执政为民。在经济上,不断提高人民群众的物质生活水平;在政治上,使人民群众行使当家作主的民主权利;在文化上,提高人民群众的科学文化水平和精神生活质量。
The category of the people are all classes, stratums and social group which can promote the process of society. History proved that the communist party of China is our faithful representative. She is representative of numerous people' s basic interest. To achieve, defend and develop the basic interest of masses of the people, the communist party of China must found a public party and is in power for the people. In economy, she should promote the people's material life. In politics, she should made people to exercise democratic right which is master of their own affairs. In culture, she should promote the standard of science culture and the quality of cultural life.
