摘要 INTRODUCTIONProgramed cell death plays an important role in thegenesis of cancer.Certain cancer genes canregulate apoptosis.Recently,several proteins thatare structurally related to Bcl-2,an inhibitor ofapoptosis,have been identified.Therefore,novel strategies and agents that target specificmolecular pathways,as well as triggering a
