摘要 INTRODUCTIONGastrin is atrophic gastrointestinal hormone whichis secreted by G cell.Gastrin has long beenconsidered a growth stimulatory hormone formucosa of the gastrointestinal tract.The growthresponses of certain colorectal cancer cells,andxenografts,can be stimulated by endogenousgastrin.Protein kinase C (PKC) is a family ofisozymes that plays a crucial role in transducingsignals of many hormones,growth peptides,
