原发性肝癌破裂出血40例诊治体会 被引量：2

摘要 原发性肝癌自发破裂出血是一种常见的严重并发症,发生率约为14.5％。我们医院自1993年～1998年共治疗40例,现分析报告如下。 资料与方法 一、一般资料 本组40列中男39例,女1例,年龄35～70岁,平均49.6岁。合并肝硬化者30例,占75％。 二、临床表现
