摘要
介绍了磨料磨损、冲蚀磨损、粘着磨损、疲劳磨损和腐蚀磨损等机械设备中存在的主要磨损形式,及其产生的原因和危害,并从制造运动部件的材质、工作过程中选用的润滑介质和工作系统清洁度的维护等方面提出了减缓磨损的措施。
The main forms of wear loss in mechanical equipment, including grinding wear, impingement wear, ad-hesive wear, fatigue wear and corrosion wear etc., their causes and hazards, are introduced, while some countermea-sures to reduce wear loss are proposed from the viewpoints of moving part material, lubricating agent used in workingprocess, and maintenance of cleanness on working system etc.
