摘要
本文报道了一种蔬菜中农药残留毒性的快速检测方法,检测在自行研制的小型专用便携式农药残留毒性快速测定仪上进行,仪器通过比较特定的酶催化显色反应的动力学曲线,直接显示有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药对乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制率,以此求得农药残留毒性水平,本方法对敌敌畏的检测灵敏度为2.2×10^(-3)μg/mL,对于果蔬中农药残毒检测,是一种快速的高灵敏度的方法。
This paper reported a rapid detection method for the pesticide residues in the vegetables. This detection was carride out with a portable pesticide detector made by ourself. It could directly display the inhibition rate of organophosphates and carbamates to acetylcholinesterase (AChE) through which the level of pesticide residues was reported. This method had a detection sensitivity of 2. 2×10^(-3)μg/mL for the insecticide DDVP. It was a rapid and sensitive tehnigue to detect the pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
