摘要
将可视化技术应用于弱极化曲线的计算机拟合过程求解,编制了用于Windows平台的Fitting程序,阐述了其各项功能,并着重对拟合初值的选取进行了分析。本文认为采用Fitting程序可以有效地实现动态监视和动态控制拟合进程,避免发生拟合不收敛,同时还具有Windows平台软件所固有的优点和对于用户的友好性。作为应用实例,本文研究了三种不同的钢丝热浸镀层在海水中的腐蚀控制步骤,认为纯锌镀层、ZnRE镀层和锌基合金镀层在人造海水中腐蚀分别属于电化学反应过程和传质过程混合控制、完全电化学反应控制以及比较典型的自钝化体系腐蚀。
The visualization technology is introduced to the fitting of weak polarization curve. Considering which, a program named Fitting in Windows is worked out by the authors. All utilities of Fitting are described in detail, especially the choice of original values. It is shown that Fitting can watching and controlling the fitting process of dynamically and efficiently, avoiding nonconvergent, and owing the relevant privilege of Windows software and kindness to users. As examples, the corrosion behaviors of hot dip zinc coating, ZnRE coating and zinc based alloy coating of steel wires in seawater are studied by means of weak polarization curve measure and computer analysis.
