摘要
送秧与投苗机构是空气整根钵苗全自动移栽机移栽器的关键部件。本文采用拨指转盘凸轮、凸轮与摆杆、杠杆与双导柱机构完成送秧和投苗，并对其结构参数及选择进行了分析。试验结果表明，本文设计的移栽器，工作性能良好，可满足空气整根钵苗全自动移栽机作业性能要求，具有应用前景。
The key components are feeding seedling and dropping seedling mechanism(FSDSM) in transplanting unit of air pruning tray seedling growing(ATSG) fully automatic transplanter(FAT).The feeding and dropping seedling are completed by rotor plate cam of the moving bar, cam and oscillating rod, and dual guide rail mechanism, and its structural parameters are selected and analyzed in this paper. The determination of the transmitting mainshift torque and performance tests of the transplanting unit have showed that the resistance in the FSDSM is small, so the FSDSM is suitable for ground wheel driving and performance is satisfactory, and can meet requirements in the FAT of the ATSG. This kind of parts will be widely used in the future.
