眼镜蛇毒磷脂酶A_2对兔血小板功能和血液凝固的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Phospholipase A_2 from Naja Naja Atra Venom on Function of Platelet and Blood Coagulation of Rabbit

摘要 眼镜蛇毒磷脂酶A2在体内外均对ADP、花生四烯酸,钙离子载体A23187、血小板激活因子所诱导的兔血小板聚集有显著的抑制作用,并能明显延长血液凝固时间,这些作用均呈剂量一效应关系。 The phospholipase A2 from Naja naja atra venom could inhlbit Platelet aggregation induced by ADP, arachidonic acid, A23187 and PAF in rabbit PRP in vitro and vivo and could increase time of blood coagulation significantly. These actions were dose -edpendent.
