摘要
蜡梅是中国特有的名贵木本花卉,具有较高的经济价值.该文较详细地阐明了用蜡梅大树和实生苗的茎尖、具侧芽的嫩茎段、子叶和胚等外植体,诱导芽和愈伤组织初分化、生长、继代和增殖,以及植株再生的过程;研究了各阶段较适宜的培养基.结果表明,一定时间的暗培养可促进外植体的初分化;在继代培养中加入活性炭,有利于克服培养物的褐化;用带叶茎的愈伤组织进行培养,易于诱导愈伤组织分化不定芽.
Chimonanthus praecox is a famaus Chinese ornamental shrub with high medical value.This paper introduced in detail the process of differentiation,growth,multiplication, and plantlets regeneration during in vitro culture of the plant,using stem tips,segments of tender shoots with lateral buds,cotyledons and embryoes as explants.Meanwhile,the suit- able culture media for various stages were studied.The results showed that dark culture of some period could accelerate the initial differentiation of explants.When adding active char- coal to the media,the browning of explants could be minimized.The calli from stems with leaves were found easy to be induced for differentiation of adventitious buds during culture.
