摘要
本实验通过在模拟循环台上分别测试气动带瓣管泵左心辅助循环装置(PVCPLVAD)的Ⅰ-Ⅳ号泵管,发现血泵输出量随泵率、驱动正压和充气容量在一定范围内的增加而增加。Ⅰ-Ⅳ号泵管的最大输出量分别为1.04±0.05,1.28±0.02,2.03±0.06和2.5±0.11L/min;在输出阻力70mmHg时,分别形成84.5,96.6,109.8和122.0mmHg左右的搏动压,可以满足左心辅助循环的需要。
The Pneumatic Valved cather pump LVAD(PVCP LVAD) with No. Ⅰ - Ⅳ valvedcatheters, were respectively evaluated in a circulation simulating device. We found the bloodpump output was significantly increased with the increase of pump rate, balloon volume and positive driving pressure. The blood pump in valved catheter Ⅰ - Ⅳ could reached as high as 1. 04±0.05, 1. 28± 0. 03, 2. 03±0. 06 and 2. 50±0. 11 L/min respectively, and could produce a pulsatile pressure of about 84. 5, 96, 6, 109. 8 and 122mmHg respectively at an ejection resistance of 70 mmHg. There fore, the efficiency of PVCP LVAD can meet the requirments in left ventricularassisance.
