香蕉生物技术研究现状与今后的发展

摘要 本文对香蕉生物技术研究现状进行了全面的概述.包括微繁殖、脱病毒、人工种子、诱变育种、单克隆抗体用于病毒检测、分子生物学、转基因受体及基因转化等,并对今后香蕉生物技术的发展重点进行讨论. Banana is a major food staple in many parts of the tropics and subtropics. Because it is polyploid and highly sterile, it is not surprising that breeding new triploid cultivars has not been an easy task and that success has been rare. With the development of biotechnologies in banana, the micropropagation and breeding will be improved greatly. This paper reviewed the current research status of biotechnologies applied to banana, which included micropropagation, elimination of virus, artificial seed, somaclonal variation, mutant breeding, monoclonal antibody for virus delection, molecular biology, acceptor as foreign genes and gene transformation. In addition, further research focus of banana biotechnology was discussed.
