摘要
用6个亲本,以Griffing方法重配制的15个F_1为材料,按照Hayman-Jinks模式分析了纤维长度、细度、单强和断长等4个性状的遗传方式。结果表明:(1)四个纤维品质性状的遗传符合加性—显性模型,(2)纤维长度的显性效应比加性效应更重要,呈超显性,而单强和断长为部分显性,平均显性度分别为1.307、0.872和0.765;(3)纤维长度、细度、单强和断长的狭义遗传力分别为30.92%、39.45%、66.05%和73.31%,根据遗传力的大小,单强和断长可在早代进行选择,长度和细度宜在较高世代进行选择。
Fifteen crosses in Upland cotton were made according to Griffing's method I in this experiment. The genetic patterns of fibre length ,fineness,strength and breaking length were tested by means of the Hayman-Jinks model. The results showed: (l)The 4 traits of fibre qualities fitted to the additive-dominant model. (2)The dominant effect of fibre length was more significant than its additive effect,and appeared overdominant;fibre strength and breaking length were both partially dominant (the dgrees of dominance for fibre length, strength and breading length were estimated at 1. 307,0. 872 and 0. 765, respectively. (3)Narrow-sense heritabilities for fibre length, fineness,strength and breaking length were estimated at 30. 92%,39. 45%,66. 05%and 73. 31%,respectively,from which selection for strength and breaking length could be made in the early generations ,while for length and fineness,in the later generations.
