摘要
耗散结构理论认为,系统处于动态有序必须满足四个条件:系统必须开放;远离平衡态;非线性相互作用;涨落现象。该理论给山西省转型跨越发展的启示是:必须以开放的胸怀、主动的姿态,从外界引入"负熵流";实施非平衡战略,培育山西省的增长极,带动整个经济的全面可持续发展;树立非线性思维,推动具有战略性的新兴主导产业的多元崛起;利用涨落,切实推动经济的转型。
According to the theory of dissipative structure,system in dynamic order must meet four conditions：being open,far from equilibrium in nonlinear interaction and in fluctuation.It gives some enlightenment to the spanning transformation development of Shanxi province：we must introduce ＂negative entropy flow＂ from outside with an open mind and active attitude;we must implement a non-balance strategy and cultivate growth poles in Shanxi province to promote the comprehensive sustainable development of the economy;we must set nonlinear thinking to promote the emergence of strategic multiple industry;and we must make use of fluctuations to promote the economic transformation.
