摘要
本文从实用的角度出发简要地介绍了估计任意三维组织结构的体积及其总的体积分数、表面积密度、长度密度、平均厚度和积分平均曲率密度的体视学方法,并介绍了各向同性切片和垂直切片以及它们在各向异性结构的体视学估计中的重要作用。
This paper briefly describs the stereological methods by which the volume of three-dimensional tissue structure and its global volume fraction, surface density, length density, mean thickness and integral mean curvature density can be estimated. It also describes the isotropic sections and vertical sections and their important use in stereology.
