摘要 在相似原理指导下建立了包钢150 t特型钢包底吹氩水力学模型,采用电导率测定法模拟研究了喷嘴数量和位置对混匀时间的影响.实验表明,包钢150 t特型钢包条件下双孔喷吹的效果好于单孔喷吹;双孔夹角45°~90°之间的喷吹方案是较好的设计方案. The bottom blowing argon hydraulic model of special 150 t ladle of Baotou Iron and Steel(Group) Co.was established according to similarity theory.The mixing time effects were measured using electrical conductivity measurement method under different number and location of the nozzles.The results show that the effect of double-hole injection was significantly better than that of one-hole injection;the injection program of two holes with angle between 45° and 90° presents superior results.
