摘要
目的了解我国不同地区社区护理人员的培训现状及需求,为制订规范化的护理培训提供依据。方法采用调查问卷对天津、武汉、西安三市20所社区卫生服务中心的458名护理人员进行培训现状、需求的调查。结果社区护理从业人员素质偏低、人员编制不足、教育方式较为单一;护理人员对社区慢性病管理、健康教育技巧等培训项目以及呼吸系统、循环系统、消化系统疾病知识和技能的需求度较高。结论提高社区护理人员综合素质,开展符合社区护理和人群需求的培训项目,加强实践能力培训,建立分区域分层培训制度,进一步完善社区护理培训管理体系。
Objective To investigate the current status and requirement in training of community nurses in different districts with the hope to provide basis for the standardization of nurse training. Methods A questionnaire survey of 458 nurses from 20 community health service centers from Tianjin,Wuhan and Xi＇an concerning the current status and requirement of nurse training was carried out. Results Our results revealed problems including low quality of employees,inadequate staffing and lack of flexibility in nursing education;requirement on training items including management of chronic diseases and health education skills,as well as knowledge and skills concerning diseases of the respiratory system,the circulatory system,and the digestive system was relatively high. Conclusion Measures should be taken to enhance the comprehensive quality of community nursing staff.The training content should follow the need of community nursing and requirement of the population,with the training of practical skills strengthened.Regional and hierarchical training should be applied to further complete the community nurse training system.
