摘要
HIV感染已成为严重威胁人类健康的全球性问题,即使给予有效的抗病毒治疗,艾滋病患者也常合并神经系统并发症,并增加患者死亡率。本文将重点讨论艾滋病相关神经系统并发症的临床表现及治疗进展,以加强对其的识别及防治。
Human immunodeficiency virus（HIV） infection has become a worldwide threat to human health.Even with effective antiretroviral therapy,patients of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（AIDS） often develop several neurological complications which increase the mortality.We will discuss the clinical presentation and treatment of AIDS-associated neurological complications to intensify the recognition,prophylaxis and treatment of these compllications.
