解剖锁定钢板和普通斜T形钢板治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的疗效分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨解剖锁定钢板和普通斜T形钢板治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法对老年桡骨远端骨折53例采用解剖锁定钢板治疗27例(解剖钢板组),普通斜T形钢板治疗26例(普通钢板组)。结果解剖钢板组平均Jakim评分为96.2分,普通钢板组为88.5分,两组差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。结论解剖锁定钢板是治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的一种良好方法。
