摘要
上海辰山植物园温室采用铝合金单层网壳结构,其单体最大长度达到204 m,属于超长结构,温度应力的影响将是结构设计的一大难点,加上铝合金材料的线膨胀系数为钢材的两倍。如果采用固定支座方案,将很难解决温度应力问题,因此设计时采用了滑动支座。该结构的特点还在于其支座数量很多,并且边界为闭合回路,因此只有当支座摩擦系数很小时(经研究为0.01左右)才能很好地释放温度应力。因此,该项目采用一种锟轴滚动滑移限位弹簧支座,经过试验和现场实测,该支座能很好地满足设计的要求。
Aluminum alloy single-layer reticulated shell was adopted for the Shanghai Botanical Garden greenhouses.The longest greenhouse was about 200 m,which belonged to overlength structures.So one of the difficulties of structure design was how to reduce the impact of the thermal stress of the structure,especially the linear expansion factor of the aluminum alloy was twice of the steel.It would be not effective to use fixed support except for sliding support.Another feature of the structure was lots of supports,whose boundary were a closed loop.So it was feasible to release the temperature stress only when the friction factor of the support was little enough(0.01).Therefore,a roller rolling-sliding limit spring support was designed,which could satisfy the performance demand according to the experiment and on-site test.
