摘要
为了实现数控系统在机检测功能,提出了一种基于开放式数控系统在机检测模块实现方法。开放式数控系统采用Windows操作系统,以工控机为上位机,以运动控制器为下位机的结构形式。在机检测系统由开放式数控系统、在机测头、机械系统、驱动系统等硬件组成;采用Visual C++软件基于面向对象思想开发了模块化在机检测系统软件。对测量误差进行了分析并介绍了相应误差补偿方法。实际应用表明,该在机检测模块能够完成复杂曲面的检测,实现了数控系统在机检测功能,有利于节约生产成本、提高生产效率。
open NC system; on machine verification; probe; complex surface; errorAbstract: In order to achieve function of OMV ( On Machine Verification), the implementation method of OMV module was proposed based on open NC system. In the open NC system, the industrial computer worked as host computer with Windows operating system, and the motion controller acted as a client computer. The hardware of the OMV were composed of open NC system, machine probe, mechanical systems, and drive systems. The software of the OMV was developed by Visual C + + based on object oriented method. Measurement error and its compensation methods were analyzed. The result shows that the OMV module can detect complex surface and implement OMV of open NC system.
