摘要
提出一种集成多传感器信息融合算法的起重机啃轨故障智能诊断系统,不同原因造成的啃轨有规律可循,利用多传感器数据融合、故障诊断逻辑运算等算法,得出可能导致啃轨的原因。这一系统提高了啃轨定位和诊断的精度、速度,便于维护人员掌握设备运行状态,及时发现并处理设备故障,提高设备自动运行的可靠性和设备寿命,还能节省能源,降低成本,适用于恶劣环境,这种方法广泛适用于各种存在车轮啃轨现象的轨道式起重机、桥式起重机和有轨机车等。
The paper proposes an intelligent skew travelling fault diagnosis system integrating multi-sensor fusion algorithm,and the system can obtain the possible reasons of skew travelling based on multi-sensor data fusion algorithm,fault diagnosis logical calculation,etc.The system improves the accuracy and speed of finding out the fault position and the following diagnosis,allows the maintenance personnel to master the equipment status,and timely detect and deal with equipment failures,improves the automatic operation reliability and life of the equipment,as well as saves energy,reduces the costs and can be used in the harsh environments.The method is widely applied to various rail-mounted cranes,overhead travelling cranes and rail locomotives with phenomena of skew travelling.
