复合微生态制剂与饲用抗生素对肉雏鸡免疫性能和肠道微生物菌群的影响 被引量:8

摘要 试验选取240只1日龄的黄羽肉雏鸡,随机分为II、II、III、V 4个组,其中I组为对照组,III、III、V组分别添加复合微生态制剂、头孢类药物和氟苯尼考药物,研究添加复合微生态制剂和饲用抗生素对肉雏鸡免疫性能和肠道菌群的影响。结果表明:复合微生态制剂对肉雏鸡法氏囊的发育有明显促进作用,9日龄时复合微生态制剂组法氏囊指数分别高出对照组、头孢组和氟苯尼考组14.4%、31.8%、26.75%(P<0.05);但对脾脏的促进效果不明显。复合微生态制剂的添加可以在一定程度上增加肉雏鸡肠道内的有益菌群数量,头孢类抗生素对小肠内的乳杆菌抑制作用不明显,但能显著降低直肠内的乳杆菌数量。氟苯尼考则对乳杆菌类益生素没有明显副作用。 240 one-day-old broilers were randomly divided into four groups.Group I was the control group,compound probiotics,ceftiofur and florfenicol was added to the II、III、IV respectively,the effects of compound probiotics and antibiotics on the immune function and intestinal microbe flora were observed.The results showed that the probiotics agent had significantly accelerated the growth of bursa.At the age of 9 d,the bursa index of the compound probiotics group was higher than that of the control group,ceftiofur group and florfenicol group,which were 14.4%,31.8%,26.75% respectively,the bursa index of compound probiotics had significant difference with the ceftiofur group and florfenicol group(P0.05),but had no significant effect on spleen.It could increase the numbers of intestinal lactobacillus more or less by adding compound probiotics,and ceftiofur had no significant inhibition effect on lactobacillus of intestine,but the numbers of lactobacillus in rectum had decreased significantly.Florfenicol had no side effects on lactobacillus.
