摘要 近年来,以运动损伤为代表的低能量轻微Lisfranc损伤发生率呈逐渐上升趋势。该病由于其发生部位解剖结构复杂,影像表现隐匿,确诊困难,因此常常由于延误治疗时机而出现足弓塌陷、跖骨头下应力异常、慢性疼痛等后遗症状。就轻微Lisfranc损伤的解剖学特征、影像诊断要点及治疗现状予以综述。
