臭氧联合靶点射频热凝术治疗腰椎间盘脱出症 被引量:20

摘要 目的:探讨臭氧联合靶点射频热凝术治疗腰椎间盘脱出症的疗效。方法:将150例腰椎间盘脱出症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各75例。观察组采用盘内臭氧注射联合靶点射频热凝术治疗,对照组仅盘内臭氧注射治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为94.7%,明显高于对照组;治疗后1月两组患者的VAS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01),观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:臭氧联合靶点射频热凝术治疗腰椎间盘脱出症是一种有效的治疗方法,疗效优于单纯臭氧组。 Objective:Toexploretheeffectofcombinedtherapyofozoneandradiofrequencythermocoagulationandtargetablationforprolapseoflumbarintervertebraldisc.Methods:Atotalof150cases withprolapseoflumbarintervertebraldiscwererandomlyandevenlydividedinto2groups:combined treatmentandcontrol.Thecombinedtreatmentgroupwasgivencombinedtherapyofozoneandradiofrequencythermo-coagulationfortargetablation,andthecontrolgroupwithozonenucleusablation.Results:TheVASscoresweredecreasedinbothgroupsonemonthaftertreatment.Thetotaleffectiverateof combinedgroup(94.67%)wassignificantlyhigherthanthecontrolgroup(80.00%).Conclusions:Combinedtherapyofozoneandradiofrequencythermo-coagulationandtargetablationiseffectiveonprolapseof lumbar intervertebral disc,with therapeutic effect better than single osazone treatment.
