杜仲叶提取物对腹部脂肪蓄积抑制作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨杜仲叶提取物对人体内腹部脂肪蓄积的抑制作用。方法将27例腹型肥胖患者随机分为2组(试验组15例,对照组12例),分别口服杜仲胶囊(含杜仲叶提取物)及安慰剂胶囊,第8周末观察每组患者体重、腹围、体重指数(BMI)、皮下脂肪及内脏脂肪的变化。结果试验组与对照组比较,内脏脂肪及皮下脂肪明显减少(P〈0.05),体重降低,腹围显著减少(P〈0.001),BMI亦显著下降(P〈0.01)。结论杜仲叶提取物能明显抑制腹部脂肪蓄积,减轻腹型肥胖状态。 Objective To investigate the depressant effect of Eucommia ulmoides leaves extract on human abdominal fat. Methods Twenty-seven patients with abdominal obesity were randomly divided into two groups (experimental group included 15 patients and control group included 12 patients) , and were given oral Eucommia capsule( containing Eucommia ulmoides leaves extract) and oral placebo capsule respective- ly. Observed the change of weight, abdominal circumference, body mass index(BMI) , visceral fat and subcu- taneous fat of patients in each group after 8 weeks. Results Compared with control group, the visceral and subcutaneous fat of the experimental group decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ), the weight and abdominal circumference of the experimental group decreased remarkably ( P 〈 0. 001 ), and BMI of the experimental group also decreased remarkably(P 〈 O. 01 ). Conclusions The Eucommia ulmoides leaves extract signifi- cantly inhibited the accumulation of abdominal fat and abdominal obesity, and could be used as the basic drugs to treat abdominal obesity.
