摘要 目的以木樨草苷含量为指标,比较不同加工方法的金银花品质。方法采用高效液相色谱法,使用AgilentZORBAX Eclipse XDB-Phenyl(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-0.4%冰醋酸溶液梯度洗脱;检测波长350 nm;柱温40℃;流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果微波干燥的加工方法优于其他加工方法。结论不同的加工方法对金银花中木樨草苷的含量有较大影响。 Objective To cmpare the content of galuteolin in honeysuckle which were carried out with different processing methods. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of galuteolin. The column was Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse, using XDB - Phenyl column ( 4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm ). Mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0.4% acetic acid solution; Detected wavelength was 350 nm ; Column temperature was 40 ℃ ; Flow rate was 1.0 mL · min - 1. Results Microwave drying processing method was better than the other processing methods. Conclusion There was tremendous influence about the content of galuteolin in honeysuckle which were carried out with different processing methods.
