摘要
以某废次钠污水处理项目为背景,介绍了西门子S7-300 PLC软冗余技术在污水处理工程中的设计和应用。在完成控制系统硬件选型和网络构架设计基础上,重点阐述了系统软件的开发和软冗余技术的实现方法。在工业园区现场应用表明,采用软冗余控制技术,在确保系统可靠、稳定运行的同时,降低了项目成本。
This paper based on the discarded sodium sewage treatment this project,introduces that the design and application of Siemens S7-300 PLC soft-redundant technology in the sewage project.Based on hardware selection of the control system and design of the network architecture,the development of system software and implementation process of soft-redundant technology were introduced.In the industial park,the actual application proves that the system not only guarantees the reliability and stability,but also reduces the project construction cost.
