摘要
图书馆是搜集、整理和收藏人类文化知识的文化机构。高校图书馆是所在学校的文献信息中心,是大学生们非常依赖的"第二课堂"。借助于现代化的管理手段,对各种馆藏资源进行开发与整合,使知识在不同主体之间实现转化和迁移,并形成一种良性循环,是高校图书馆义不容辞的神圣使命。讨论高校图书馆的知识转移模式,是加强高校图书馆建设的题中应有之意。
Libraries are cultural institutions of collecting,organizing and storing human knowledge.The libraries of colleges and universities are the literature centers and ＂the second classroom＂ that the students depend on.It is absolutely necessary for libraries to develop and integrate various resources by means of modern management for the purpose of converting and transferring the knowledge between different institutions to form a positive cycle.The study of knowledge conversion patterns should be included in enhancing the construction of the libraries of colleges and universities.
