泥页岩渗透水化作用对井壁稳定的影响 被引量:13

摘要 钻井过程中,当存在水基钻井液化学渗透作用时,泥页岩井壁将更加不稳定。建立了力学-化学耦合作用下井壁周围应力分布模型,通过采用有限差分法对该模型求解,得出了井壁周围应力分布,通过利用破坏准则计算井壁坍塌压力,得出了合理的防塌钻井液密度,同时研究了井周应力分布和坍塌压力的时间效应。研究表明,泥页岩地层的膜效应较好时,渗透水化作用越大,膜效应不存在时则不发生渗透水化作用;维持泥页岩井壁稳定所需的防塌钻井液密度是随时间增大而增大,当使用钻井液溶质浓度低时,破坏发生在地层内部,需使用高密度钻井液防止井壁坍塌,对于过平衡钻井,当使用高浓度钻井液时破坏发生在井壁,对实际钻井有理论指导意义。 Because of penetration of water base drilling fluid and differential pressure,wellbore of shale rock becomes instability.In this paper,the stress distribution model around wellbore under the mechanical and chemical coupling action is built up.The finite difference approach is applied to compute with this model,that the stress distribution,caving pressure,and appropriate drilling mud density are found out.
