2种不同ND-IB-IBD-Reo四联灭活疫苗免疫肉种鸡后的抗体水平比较

Comparison of the Immune Antibody after Immunized with Different ND-IB-IBD-Reo Combined Inactivated Vaccines in Breeder

摘要 为了检测肉种鸡开产前免疫2种不同的鸡新城疫-传染性支气管炎-传染性法氏囊病-病毒性关节炎四联灭活疫苗(ND-IB-IBD-Reo四联苗)后的抗体水平差异,在鸡群20周龄分别用A、B疫苗免疫,免疫后28天和56天用HI检测ND抗体水平,ELISA检测IB、IBD和Reo的抗体水平。结果显示,免疫后28天和56天,B疫苗的IBD和REO抗体效价显著高于A疫苗(P<0.05),ND 和 IB 的抗体效价虽较A疫苗高但差异并不显著(P>.05)。结果表明,B 疫苗的总体免疫抗体水平优于 A 疫苗,该研究为肉种鸡ND-IB-IBD-Reo四联灭活疫苗的筛选和合理免疫程序的制定提供依据。 To detect the differences of antibody level in breeders immunized by two different ND-IB-IBD-Reo combined inactivated vaccines before laying,two chicken flocks were inoculated with A and B vaccine respectively at the age of 20 weeks.At 28 days and 56 days after immunization the HI antibody of ND was detected by HI test and antibodies of IB,IBD and Reo were detected by ELISA.The results showed that at 28 days and 56 days after immunization the antibody titers of IBD and Reo in group immunized with B vaccine were significantly higher than those of IBD and Reo in group immunized with A vaccine (P0.05).The antibody titers of ND and IB in group B were higher compared with those of ND and IB in group A,but the difference were not significant(P0.05).The research suggested that B vaccine was better than A vaccine based on antibody levels,and provided the foundation not only for the selection of ND-IB-IBD-Reo combined inactivated vaccine in breeder,but also for the development of reasonable immunization programs.
