摘要
目的分析加速器停机原因,总结设备故障规律,为加速器的安全合理使用、设备定期维护和科学管理提供决策依据。方法有2100C、23EX和600CD3台加速器,其中2100C、23EX为高能加速器,600CD为低能加速器。统计最近6年3台加速器的停机时间和次数,分析设备技术状态指标。结果 2100C、23EX和600CD累计停机时间分别为733.7、870.5和341.5 h,停机次数分别为204、259和125次,每次平均维修时间分别为3.6、3.4和2.7 h。结论就停机时间和次数而言,高能加速器大于低能加速器。停机率与设备复杂程度、存放和使用环境、维修维护质量等因素有很大关系。故障曲线有助于合理选择购买保修的时机。
Objective To analyze the downtime reasons of 3 kinds of linear accelerator,search for the rules of downtime and provide basis for safe and rational use of accelerator.Methods The downtime hours and times had been collected over 6 years,and statistical method was used to analyze the technical status of 3 kinds of accelerator: 2100C,23EX and 600CD.Results The accumulated downtime hours of 2100C,23EX and 600CD were 733.7,870.5 and 341.5 hours,downtime were 204,259 and 125,per average repair time were 3.6,3.4 and 2.7 hours,respectively.Conclusion It is demonstrated that the downtime hours and times of high energy accelerators are greater than that of low energy accelerators.Downtime rate depends greatly on complexity of device,storage and working environment,quality of repair and maintenance.Downtime curve could help in reasonable decision for purchase.
