摘要
从教学实际出发,总结了医学院校《生物信息学》教学实践中的一些体会,探讨了提高学生生物医学信息处理能力的教学模式、教学内容和方法。期望通过《生物信息学》课程的讲授,使学生了解到生物信息学发展的前沿,掌握生物信息学的基本分析方法,最终达到能够在科研中独立应用生物信息学进行分析的目的。
On the basis of teaching,this paper summarizes our experience of bioinformatics teaching.It also discusses the instructional model,teaching content and methods which can help improve students＇ information-processing ability.It is hoped that instruction of Bioinformatics course can make students understand the latest development of bioinformatics and master the basic analytical methods so as to independently solve problems in their scientific research.
